From the first thought to today.
The starting point
As an IT consultant, Lennart spent years watching projects fail due to too much hierarchy, fragmented responsibility and sluggish structures. The question was not whether it could be done better, but why no one was doing it consistently.
The founding
uRemoTech was founded in early 2022, with a clear stance: substance over status, no empty phrases, no bloated structures. Lean, technically skilled, fully remote.
From I to we
From mid-2023, the idea grew into a team of developers and infrastructure specialists. That same year, the collaboration with the first larger client began, a federal authority we still support today.
Two pillars, one idea
In 2024, further software and infrastructure projects with corporations from the energy and automotive sectors followed. With its growing team, uRemoTech could support clients both with complete projects and with experienced consultants on a temporary basis. With that, uRemoTech stands on two pillars, project delivery and consultant engagement. Together they cover the need from a single expert to a complete initiative.
Products of our own
From 2025, our own software took shape alongside the client projects. With Talyrix, consultancies manage the profiles of their entire consultant team, and since 2026 uRemoTech has covered the development and operation of custom software for mid-sized companies through RemoStack.
Today
uRemoTech supports clients from mid-sized companies to large corporations. What began as an idea in 2022 is today an IT partner able to support its clients in any situation, from short-term engagements to long-term guidance.

We work 100% remote. For our clients, that means short-notice appointments and consultants who are available when they are needed. For our team, it means focus on the work and room for everything else that matters in life.

Technology is our craft. We use what has proven reliable, keep pace with what is evolving, and only recommend what we use ourselves. AI is part of our everyday work, from pair programming to research, and makes us faster while the responsibility stays with us.
